There was a time when people thought milk alternatives were only for vegans and the lactose-intolerant. Well not anymore!

For proof you need look no further than the US, where milk alternatives now account for  £1.4 billion of the overall market and are expected to top $1.7 billion by 2016. That's a whole lotta white stuff!

Another interesting development from The States is that soya, the giant of the milk alternative world, has been knocked into second place by...you guessed it, almond!
