Vegan blueberry and cinnamon overnight oats


  • 100ml Unsweetened Almond Breeze®

  • 30g oats

  • 25g blueberries

  • 1 tsp. chia seeds

  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon

  • 50g coconut or almond yoghurt

  • Toppings

  • Handful of Blue Diamond Roasted with Sea Salt Almonds or Honey Roasted Almonds, chopped

  • 5 fresh blueberries

  • 1 chopped strawberry

  • ¼ sliced banana

  • Sprinkle of cacao nibs

  • Serves: 1

  • Prep time: 5 minutes plus overnight to soak

Vegan blueberry and cinnamon overnight oats

Bircher (or overnight oats) is a great way to save time when mornings are busy. Prep the night before in a container, leave in the fridge and in the morning add your toppings. Easy!


Add all the ingredients to a bowl or jar and stir.

Cover and place in the fridge and leave to thicken overnight.

Once it’s thickened, add your toppings.
