Vegan blueberry and cinnamon overnight oats

100ml Unsweetened Almond Breeze®

30g oats

25g blueberries

1 tsp. chia seeds

½ tsp. ground cinnamon

50g coconut or almond yoghurt

Toppings
-
Handful of Blue Diamond Roasted with Sea Salt Almonds or Honey Roasted Almonds, chopped
-
5 fresh blueberries
-
1 chopped strawberry
-
¼ sliced banana
-
Sprinkle of cacao nibs

Prep time: 5 minutes plus overnight to soak
Vegan blueberry and cinnamon overnight oats
Bircher (or overnight oats) is a great way to save time when mornings are busy. Prep the night before in a container, leave in the fridge and in the morning add your toppings. Easy!

Directions
Add all the ingredients to a bowl or jar and stir.
Cover and place in the fridge and leave to thicken overnight.
Once it’s thickened, add your toppings.
