Halloween chocolate biscuits
These gluten-free and vegan chocolate biscuits are a perfect Halloween treat. Food’s always so much more fun when you can put googly eyes on it!

Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
Line a large baking sheet with baking paper.
Add the dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl then add the softened butter, maple syrup, Unsweetened Almond Breeze® and vanilla extract. Stir together until the mixture starts to bind. Use your hands to form the biscuit dough into a ball.
Cover and chill the biscuit dough in the fridge for up to 30 minutes.
Tip the dough onto a floured surface and roll out until about ½ cm thick. Cut out your chosen biscuit shapes and place the biscuits onto the lined baking tray.
Place in the oven on the middle shelf and bake for 6 minutes.
Remove the biscuits from the oven, then gently push the googly eyes into place and transfer to a cooling rack.
Store in an airtight container and eat within 3 days.
